The new minimum wage rates for 2016 are effective Monday, August 1st.  The rate for large employers changes from $9.00 per hour to $9.50; the rate for small employers increases from $7.25 per hour to $7.75 per hour.  A large employer is defined as having annual revenue of $500,000 or more. The DWRS frameworks and RMS worksheets have been updated to show a slightly different calculation for sharing of asleep and awake overnight staff. This new calculation has been applied to the Foster Care/SLS frameworks for Corporate and Family. ARRM has heard from a number of members across the State regarding concerns with the NETStudy 2.0, fingerprint component.  ARRM has been in touch with DHS Licensing Background Study Division to share our concerns and attempt to get clarification on the roll out process.  According to DHS, the roll out has been done slowly to assure that the system was ready to meet the  demand.  Because of this some providers have already received information on how to get started, and others have...
