The home is completely accessible and can accommodate a power wheelchair. Doorways and hallways are wider than standard. The individuals in this home are older, and enjoy relaxation, trains, watching TV, a fancy doll collection, and hanging out with one another.

Nursing Support: Weekly Visit

We use a consultant nursing model, so our Phoenix nurses visit weekly and as needed. There is a nurse on call 24 hours/day to respond to staff questions.

Challenging Behaviors: Self Injurious, Verbal Aggression
Additional Notes and Information:
The other individuals in the home are very vulnerable physically and cognitively, so we would not be able to provide supports to someone who is physically aggressive or engaged in property destruction or other behaviors putting the current individuals at risk. We may be able to support someone who displays some self injurious behaviors, or verbal aggression, (if not directed toward housemates) depending on the degree of those issues.
