One-level home, partially fenced backyard, hardwood flooring and modified ramp in the garage. Not accessible. Quiet neighborhood, lots of trees and a park nearby. Currently supporting three men, ages 26-42, presenting with intellectual disabilities and mental illness, not high medical. One Client may present with rare verbal and physical outbursts, however, is easily redirected by staff. One hour of alone time at home, none in the community. This is a high activity house and all the clients like to get out of the house and participate in outings. Many of them play sports and are associated with Special Olympics. Staff provide medication administration, cooking meals, maintain cleanliness and provide transportation to medical appointments and activities. Level of care ranging from independent to reminders. We do have day staffing and asleep overnight staffing. There is also some double staffing. Ideal candidate would be male and mainly presenting with intellectual disability. 07/2021
