This newly remodeled rambler, with hardwood floors is located in a very nice, quiet, residential neighborhood near a park. Close to restaurants, shopping centers and public transportation. Roll-in shower and grab bars. No ramp in the front. Steps to the front door. Currently supporting three men ages 40-65 presenting with mild MR, autism, diabetes, TBI, schizophrenia and anxiety disorder. Level of care ranges from independent to reminders. Very mild verbal aggression. Active in bowling, movies, out to eat, walks. Available bed is medium size with hardwood floor. Alternative overnight supervision utilizing technology and awake staffing support, day staffing and some variable double staffing. 06/2021
