This beautiful 2-story home is located in a quiet family neighborhood with trees, fenced backyard, near Har Mar Mall, public transit, Target and AMC theaters. Ramp and grab bars, no roll-in shower. Now supporting three men 24-54 presenting with diabetes, autism, hearing loss, impulse control issues, independent with ADLs, some verbal aggression, history of drug and alcohol use. 24-hr staff. Overnight staffing is awake. Available room is on the second level. No dedicated van, staff drive own vehicle for outings, appointments if needed. The men also use public transport and spend a lot of personal time in the community and more interested in working. 05/2020
