Merrill is a rambler in established Roseville neighborhood, large fully fenced back yard and near bus line and park/reserve with walking path. Three bedrooms on the main floor with one full bath. Available bedroom is in the basement with an attached 3/4 bath (shower, no tub). Full set of stairs, so must be ambulatory. Currently share a van with Beechwood. Now supporting three men ages 60+, mild MR, high functioning, mostly independent. Minimal verbal aggression, no physical aggression. Some non-compliance. All are ambulatory and attend day program. Day Programs in the area include Merrick, Kaposia, TSE, CIP (formally Ally). House does have staff on all day, single staffing. Overnight staff is asleep.
