This home is a split level and individuals must be able to navigate stairs. This home is currently vacant, so staffing and behaviors are yet to be determined. Home is close to Rosedale and Maplewood Malls and is on a bus line, with gas stations and a variety of food available close bye. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with nice friendly neighbors, has mature trees and is near parks and trails. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level and share a bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on the lower level that share a bathroom. Rooms are medium sized. There is a living room on both levels of the home. The kitchen is on the upper level, as well as a large deck off the rear of the home. In-home and community activities are Special Olympics, music, arts/crafts, movies, Church and dances. Day Programs in the area: Merrick, TSE, PAI, RISE and Proact. This house shares a van with another location. Having a pet would be considered. Mixed gender would also be considered. 04/2021
