This location is able to serve 4 individuals. The location has private bedrooms. There are two large living rooms where individuals enjoy music, movies, games, etc. This home has a van that is used for medical appointments and outings. Families and guardians have the option to use our vans to assist with transportation of their loved one if desired and meet the required criteria and complete training. This location is staffed with 24-hour direct support professionals. This home has a full time Program Manager as well as an Operations Administrator who oversees the home. There is also an assigned Nurse Case Manager and availability to 24-hour nursing on call.

Our program provides a variety of professional and paraprofessional staff to meet the needs of the people we serve. They include direct support professionals and access to 24-hour nursing. We provide person centered services.
