This location is able to serve 4 individuals. The location has private bedrooms. There are two large living rooms where individuals enjoy music, movies, games, etc. This home has a van that is used for medical appointments and outings. Families and guardians have the option to use our vans to assist with transportation of their loved one if desired and meet the required criteria and complete training. This location is staffed with 24-hour nursing. Some individuals may have 1 to 1 nursing. This house has a Nurse Program Supervisor.

We specialize in providing sophisticated health care interventions to people with complex disabilities. Our program provides a variety of professional and paraprofessional staff to meet the needs of the people we serve. The home provides 24-hour nursing services to adults, some with higher medical needs, with various physical and intellectual abilities as well as those who may not have intellectual disabilities but require higher medical care.
