Residential Care at Nine Mile Creek (RC-NMC) is a comprehensive care provider with a focus on providing a space where our residents can live with dignity in an inclusive, caring home environment. We have been serving the housing needs of seniors in our community for the past five years and have already built an impressive reputation among our case managers as being one of their favorite group homes. We also serve those who are not 55+ who have a mental health or physical diagnoses that make it difficult or impossible to live on their own. Our third group home and second Richfield home, located on 13th Avenue, is a newly remodeled 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-story home with a ramp entrance. Each resident has a private bedroom with a shared bathroom with handrails. Residents enjoy a beautiful, large, shared kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace and tons of natural light from the huge window. There is easy access to the deck and fenced back yard. Residents also share a large dining room with gleaming hardwood floors and a table to eat at or play a game of cards. Our homes have internet access, central air, and onsite laundry. This home is located in a safe neighborhood and there's a pond almost in the back yard! It's a great place to get some exercise when the weather is warm. In addition, this is one of our quieter communities and would be suited for residents who prefer a peaceful home life.

RC-NMC provides assisted living and medical services, and with a registered nurse on-site, we’re always prepared to meet the individual needs of our residents. Our staff is dedicated to the well-being of our residents, and we encourage them to participate as much as they can, contributing to the daily functioning of the home. In addition, we offer weekly activities to keep the mind and body active. We serve residents with a variety of mental health diagnoses including schizoaffective or bipolar disorder, addiction recovery, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
