Champions Village is led by a team of compassionate and skilled caregivers who are dedicated to meet the daily needs of our clients. Our team members include Registered Nurse, Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Residential Supervisors, as well as administrative staff. The care professionals at Champions Village are committed to helping meet the unique needs of our clients with mental health or other related disabilities. We are a home health care in the Twin Cities metro with Comprehensive license and Housing with services. Champions Village offers 24 hours customized assisted living with individualized packages of regularly scheduled health-related and supportive services provided to a person who resides in one of our qualified residential centers that is a registered housing with services establishment.
