Living Well – 32nd is 4 bed rambler most of the living space is on the upper level and there is sensory room on the lower level that can be accessed with stair lift. The house is located in the community of Plymouth near Highway 55 and I-494. People living at the house enjoy a wide range of preferred activities and are supported by staff to attend events and routine activities. Housemates share a large living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and dining area. The staff is trained in the areas of Medication Administration, CPR, and positive supports. Staff is also skilled in physical cares as well and specific sensory programing. Staff nurse is scheduled weekly 10 hours.

The ages of the people living at the house range from 40 to 46. Two of the individuals that live in the house are female and one is male. Level of cognitive disabilities is profound mentally retarded with all three women. All four people attending day services out of the home though DT&H providers. All of the people at 32nd need partial to full assistance with all personal cares. All people need full assistance with food preparation, 2 out of the 3 people need full assistance to eat, and 1 person requires full assistance to receive all nutrition via g-tube. All 4 people require full assistance to order and administer their medications. All three people require wheelchairs for mobility, and one can also use a walker for short distances. All of the people need ROM and/or functional exercises daily. Three people are non-verbal. Two of the three people require positioning every 3 hours during the night, and they all require assistance to change positions during awake hours as well. Some of the people are incontinent or have seizure condition.
