This placement is in a group home setting, it is perfect for individuals who needs more assistance with medical and physical needs. 24hr staffing, awake overnight. Medication Administration, Activities, and doctor appointments. Person Centered services. The location is great, quiet, safe neighbor. We accept CADI Waiver, Brain Injury Waiver, and Elderly Waiver.
