This is an agency listing for numerous individual foster homes licensed with our agency. With foster homes across Northern Minnesota we have many options to meet a variety of needs. Please contact our office and request to speak with the intake case manager to make your referral. (We license homes to care for youth from 0-20 years of age.)

Depending on location, this is on a case-by-case basis. All homes will be instructed by our on-staff medical professionals, under the guidance of the MDH, on how to meet the needs of each individual youth. All licensed homes will adhere to the state and local recommendations regarding quarantine, ongoing testing, social distancing and PPE guidelines.

Challenging Behaviors: Self Injurious, Verbal Aggression, Physical Aggression, Property Destruction, Elopement, Undesirable Sexual Behaviors, Alcohol / Chemical Dependency

We have homes equipped to accommodate youth with a variety of needs/concerns. Decisions for placement are completed on a case-by-case basis after a referral is made, consultation regarding the youth is completed and the best fit for placement can be identified.
