Currently have four opening at our Brookdale Location. We provide 24 hours customized living/Assisted Living to our clients. Client will share a five bedroom ( private rooms) house with shared living space with other colleagues. We are able to accommodate 1;1 if the the needs arise. Our services are individualized based on client needs.

The staff are well trained in handling challenging behaviors such as: Self Injurious behaviors, Verbal /physical aggression, anxiety, depression, agitation, Elopement, Undesirable Sexual Behaviors, Property Destruction, Alcohol / Chemical Dependency and Positive Support Transition Plan. We have awake staff available onsite 24/7 and registered nurses available 24/7 on call. Our services are individualized, based on clients needs. Private Duty Nursing available.
