Attentive Care is a group home for individuals 18 years & older who require round-the-clock healthcare services. We exist to serve individuals with physical &/or mental health needs, & can no longer live independently at home. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of each resident. Our available homes are comfortable, safe, & peaceful. Moreover, our dedicated staff are trained in caring for our clients; all while providing them with respect & dignity they deserve. We provide a path continued independence & a happier lifestyle for someone you love. Our Personal care aides & Home Health Aides provide assistance & support with activities of daily living. Our registered licensed practical Nurses provide skilled nursing care. All of our caregivers have been screened for proper training, qualifications and meet physical requirements.
