We are an assisted living with campuses in Eagan and Burnsville. We provide 24/7 homecare services specializing in mental health. We provide help to persons living with mental health challenges. We have immediate our Eagan locations( 1766 gabbro trail eagan) We have nursing staff on site 7 days a week. Our staff are specially trained to manage clients with mental health Problems like Schizophrenia, Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Substance abuse among others, as well as those with conditions such as ventilator dependent clients, type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and wound, foley catheter, and incontinent cares, arranged transportation services, meal preparation, among others. We are licensed to provide cares to clients with Elderly, CADI, and BI waivers, as well as private pay. We are open for facility tours by appointment only. Please feel free to reach out to us. Webare currently offering a 3 month rent free deal through August 2023. (CDC covid-19 guidelines are adhered to at our facilities).
