This home is a new 24 hour assisted living facility located in a serene environment in Brooklyn Park near highway 610. It is a tasteful and beautifully furnished 2-story home with exceptional curb appeal and elegant touches throughout! The eat-in kitchen features granite counters with a huge center island, maple cabinets, cherry floors, a large pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dual wall oven and cooktop. The formal dining room has custom built-ins stocked with games and art supplies. The dining area has a sliding glass door to the back deck overlooking the fenced-in backyard. Our living room features a gas fireplace, bright windows, and custom built-ins. The main level also features a mudroom and bathroom. The carpets have been replaced recently—the upper-level features four bedrooms with two bathrooms and a laundry room. A staff lounge with its bathroom is also located on the upper level for closer access to the residents. The lower level features an open family room with a state-of-the-art movie theatre and a utility/storage room with tons of space and two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
