Two-story home in an older, established neighborhood with hardwood floors, large fenced in yard with a deck. Close to Rosedale Mall, Har Mar Mall, Mpls and freeways. Currently supporting three women in their 20's and 30's, presenting with moderate MR, down syndrome, schizophrenia needing verbal prompts and physical assistance to complete tasks as well as ADL’s. Two have limited verbal skills. Active, socially engaged home. Some sexual acting out, occasional verbal/physical aggression. Two attend day programs. Available room is on the lower level which is accessed by stairs. Substantial number of double staffing and awake overnight staffing. Female candidate preferred. Local day programs nearby include Rise, Opportunity Partners, Access Ability, Metro Work Center, and Crestomathy.
