Hands Care LLP is located in quite area in South Maplewood MN, close to Woodbury, St Paul and Cottage Grove. Hands Care LLP was created with the vision of providing a home-like setting where individuals aged 18 and older can receive the assistance necessary to live successfully in the community. With this, individuals who are aging, and/or have physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities, will be provided with 24-hour assistance and security. Individuals have the right, and will be offered choices frequently, regarding activities and cares.
At Hands Care, we approach each client as an individual, and design a personalized program for each. Our goal is to provide the assistance and caring for individuals to live with as much independence, choice, and dignity as possible.
