We are the ONLY group home in Bloomington area that have 24/7 nursing available. We provide living services to people with disabilities. We have an open bed in our Bloomington location at 10036 Washburn Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55431. We take both non-complex and complex cases like residents with Trach, Insulin dependent, diabetic cares, wound cares, colostomy cares, Hoyer Lift, E-Z stand and many more. We take adult patients with CADI waiver. Our staff are well trained when it comes to de-escalation of mental health patient in times of crisis. We provide 24 hr supervision, home care aide tasks, meal preparation, offering transportation to clients and many more.
