This nice, open-plan rambler, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a well established neighborhood. It is close to Maplewood Mall and all community amenities. Completely accessible with a huge roll-in shower. Currently supporting three women; two in there 20's and one in her 50's, presenting with kidney failure, depression, diabetes and seizure d/o. Level of care ranges from reminders to physical assists. Mild physical/verbal aggression. Very active in home and community, including "girls night" dances and eating out. Staffing is usually double, with awake overnight. Open bed is on the main level. Hoyer tracks installed.
