• Our residents are over the age of 18 and have a combination of Mental Health diagnosis, Functional disability and Complex Medical issues.
• We do all Diabetic Management - including Sliding Scale, Medication Management, Behavior Management and Wounds.
• We take a proactive approach to Mental Health!
• Our Staff is well trained, our locations are well staffed and our goal is to provide exceptional care for our residents!
• We work with clients that are under waiver services such as CADI, BI, EW and Private pay.
