Woodcrest is a large two-story home in an older neighborhood, on a quiet street, with mature trees located in White Bear Lake. The home backs up to a large park and is close to gas stations, food, and public transportation. This home has a very spacious living room/dining room, on the main floor. The home has a sensory room in the basement and a sensory swing in the living room. The home currently supports a mixed gender population (1 female and 2 males). All individuals at the home have an autism diagnosis. The home requires an exception rate and has staff who specialize in supporting people with challenging behaviors and sensory needs. Behaviors here are slamming doors, screaming, swearing, stripping, fecal smearing, and rare physical aggression. This home has 24-hour staffing, awake overnight staffing, has a dedicated van and staff also drive their own vehicles. All bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The home is not accessible.
