Our Minneapolis home is a 5-bed 2-story home built in 2000 and remodeled in 2019. All bedrooms are single-occupancy. Tender care has experienced 24/7 awake direct support professionals (DSP) to assist our residents' in their group home settings. We aim to provide 1:2 staffing during awake hours. We also provide in-house RN services, on-call during weekends.
