New Bridge Care provides 24-hour Customized Living/Assisted Living to residents with behavioral challenges. We are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to Northtown Mall, several parks, and a bus line for easy transportation. Currently, we have 1 opening for immediate placement. New Bridge Care is led by a team of compassionate and skilled caregivers who strive daily to meet the needs of those we serve. We provide medication management, meal preparation, and ADLS and encourage socialization, including community activities, appointment set-ups, and housekeeping. We also have highly dedicated staff who will work consistently with the residents to ensure stability and continuity of care. We are dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to improve the quality of life of those we serve. New Bridge Care accepts provisionally discharged clients and residents on court-ordered neuroleptic medications (Orally and Intramuscular Injection {IM}).
