Shire's Group Home is a split entry two levels, five bedrooms and three bathrooms, house located in 3909 4th Avenue, South, Minneapolis, MN. Three bedrooms on the 1st level and 2 bedrooms on the lower level. House is located in a friendly and safe neighborhood with easily accessible transportation to nearby clinics, hospitals, shopping centers, parks, malls, The house has a two-huge living-rooms one downstairs and upstairs all furnished. Cable, Home-landline-phone, and over 280 TV channels are available for all residents. This place will make you feel at home. We provide outstanding 24-hours care in a home setting according to each Service Plan for individuals who are unable to live independently due to disability. All residents, regardless of abilities, would have access to, choice of, and an opportunity to participate in a full range of house and community activities. Residents receive meals, supports, medications assistance, supervision, transportation, making doctor appointments, support with personal care, and living skills as needed. Staff is trained in controlled substances, Mental Health First Aid, Diabetes and High Blood Pressure, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma and Substance Use, Bipolar and Related Disorders, Medication Administration, CPR, Client/Patient Rights, Brain Injury, Hospice Aides, Thank you for reading. We have a 2 bed available. 1 bed which is upstairs has a bathroom in the room, and the other room is downstairs which has it's living room and a shared bathroom. For the downstairs room, we are looking for a female resident.
