The home is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom rambler. The home is handicap accessible due to a ramping system in the attached garage. There is no roll in shower in any of the bathrooms. The home is located on the north end of Moorhead in a residential section of the city. The home is equipped with two vans for accessing all needed services.

This home supports 4 males between 30 - 55 years of age. Most have significant behavioral issues. ID level between profound to Moderate. Health issues are also a concern in a few of the individuals currently being supported. Staff are medication certified and trained in Therapeutic Intervention. The individuals do attend day programming. There are numerous activities available in the area and the individuals supported do engage in most of them.
