Angel Care Angel Care Adult Foster Care is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Vadnais Height Minnesota. Conveniently close to shopping, dining and more. Our home is a single family home fully renovated and wheelchair accessible. I have spent many years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a nursing home. The Connection I made with individuals working as a CNA I truly enjoy. I have a passion for helping people and being of service to others. Angel Care AFC provides 24- hour supervision 7 days a week to Elderly and Adults with Disabilities, DD, Chemically Dependent and others with special needs. Remember the name said all at (Angel Care)Staff has a great passion to help people live a comfortable life by providing high-quality services in a safe environment and providing a comfortable living space that will make you feel at home and it will make us proud of what we do. We provide exceptional services with highly trained staff. we are licensed under 245D. We diligently follow and enforce the rules and regulations mandated by the DHS policies and procedures. Services we offered Supervision 24/7 Transportation to and from medical appointments, Shopping facilities for grocery, personal needs, and various activities per resident request. 3 meals per day we will be provided with a wide range of menu unlimited snacks throughout the day personal care (ADLs) Laundry service Medicine setup and oversight staff accompaniment at medical appointments Shower/personal care assistance upon request Staff supervised at night 24-hour assistance Each resident will have their own HD TV in their bedroom Each resident will have access to high-speed Internet and entertainment One week short trip every year Encourage and support contact with friends and family Visitations are permitted with prior approval. Weekend outings at varied locations per resident request Daily walks to nearby parks or shopping centers per resident's request Assistance monitoring and distribution of personal money per resident request Based on individual care plans Angel Care AFC will work with clients to fulfill their goals Any Additional items as per the service agreement.
