We are THE ONLY group home in Dakota County that have 24 HOUR NURSING and mental health workers available at the facility. We take patients with wounds, insulin dependent, colostomy, oxygen dependent and many more. Our staff are well trained to deal with people with mental health disability.

We take complex and noncomplex clients. We are the only group home that have 24/7 nursing available both in site and on call throughout Dakota county. We accept clients with trache, G-tube/tube feeding, insulin dependence, wounds, and other medical issues. Our nurses have more than fifteen years’ experience working people with mental illness and other complex medical issues. Since safety is our priority, we staff two person per shift.
