Large rambler with mature trees in a nice neighborhood in Oakdale. Now supporting two females and one male, ages 40's, 50's and 60's, presenting with mild/moderate MR, down syndrome, all ambulatory, mostly independent with ADLs, very active in Special Olympics, community activities. All attend a day program part time. There are some behaviors mostly verbal, and some tantrums. No dedicated van, staff drives own vehicles to outings and appointments. Available room on main level. 24-hr staffing. 03/2021
