This 3-bedroom ground level (no stairs) apartment is n a large complex, swimming pool, walking paths, trees, dog park and patio. Bus stop (limited hours), and Cub grocery store within walking distance. Great neighborhood. Currently supporting two women 60's presenting with diabetes, ADHD, depression, bipolar and anxiety. High functioning and independent with at least 10 hrs of alone time. Rare incidents of verbal aggression, mainly due to miscommunication with staff. Single staff. No day staff. Prefer female candidate without behaviors. Plymouth Link which is Dial-A-Ride for locations in the city limits. GRH eligible. Candidates have to first be approved by the complex by submitting to a background check and paying an application fee of $25. This could take up to 10 business days. There is a cat on-site. Small, very friendly, up-to-date on shots, declawed.
