BACKGROUND – EBENEEZER ADULT FOSTER CARE LLC is a newly opened adult foster care service dedicated to providing exceptional family care and client center care which is located by northeast suburbs of twin cities in Little Canada, Minnesota. This is a wheelchair access residence with a privet door and great space of accommodations. AREAS OF SERVICE – EBENEEZER ADULT FOSTER CARE LLC serves clients age 18-65 and above with both genders for clients who deserve the best care needs particularly who are under the criteria of state assistance programs such as GRH, CADI WAVIER, TBI, BI, CAC, MENTAL HEALTH AND DD WAVIER. We also accept private pay and Medical Assistance through the state of Minnesota in all counties. Qualifications – We’ve had experience in providing direct care for the elderly in many health care systems setting such as hospitals and nursing homes for over 15 years. We are set to provide family and client-centered care that impact and change the lives of individuals who need care in various perspectives such as physical motility, health, hygiene, medication administration, and social entertainments. BUSINESS GOAL – EBENEEZER ADULT FOSTER CARE LLC is set to deliver compassionate, remarkable client care that is focused on health promotion, comfort, and ultimate care. Location – EBENEEZER ADULT FOSTER CARE LLC is located two miles away from Rose Dale Mall, shopping center, restaurants, medical clinics, pharmacies, public library, schools, fitness centers and great public parks for recreation.
