Windsor Place is a single story home that is wheelchair accessible. Located in a quiet residential area. The home has a large fenced back yard. The home has a small deck off the home with stairs that lead into the yard. The home is an open concept equipped with a ceiling lift on one side of the home. There are two bathrooms. One features a whirlpool bath, while the other has a walk in shower. The home is across the street from a park. The park has swings, a basketball court, and a volley ball court.

Currently there is one female residing in the home; 23 years of age, and DX of Severe ID. There are varying medical needs in the home that range from GI bleeds to seizure disorders. There is an LPN on site 40 hours a week to help with medical needs of the home.
