Our goal is to empower our residents with a feeling of self-control and focus their purpose toward a satisfying life. Our 67th House is licensed housing with services, located in Brooklyn Park, MN. It has 4 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a common living and dining room areas and group recreational area. Our home is within easy access of public transit, community centers, schools, parks, restaurants, and other amenities. Omocare LLC offers Customized living and 24-hour Customized living. Our services are directed towards meeting the very specific needs of our residents. Omocare LLC services and programs are designed for individuals with brain injury, individuals with mental illness, individual with physical and mental disabilities. Services are custom tailored to individual needs and challenges whether a transitional stay to long term care. Our qualified team and our strong clinical skills provide for a positive atmosphere and motivate each client to improve their cognitive, physical and social well-being. Each resident is encouraged to work toward goals that maximize their independence. Individualized service plans that focus on skills development are developed for each resident
