This is a spacious home that offers over 3500 square fee of finished space. This home has an open floor plan. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 3 stall attached garage. Main floor of the home features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom two is also in the main level, separate full bathroom, laundry room, and open living room, dining room area, and kitchen with a large pantry. There is also a wrap around deck off the living room and kitchen. There is a 3 season porch located off the main entrance to the home. Lower level of the home has a walk out to patio area, 2 bedrooms, and additional living room, and an office. A separate utility room is located off the basement and has access through the garage to the home. This home is NOT handicap accessible.

The home is nestled in a wooded private setting on just over 3 acres of land and is located approximately 13 miles east of Brainerd, 7 miles west of Garrison, and 15 miles south of Deerwood. This home will support both males and females. This home will also support individuals that may have developmental disabilities or mental health diagnosis's. Currently the home is NOT supporting individuals and is a new development. An admission could take time due to no staff being in place at present time and possible site modifications.
