The Briar Court apartments are four 6-7 unit buildings near a community park with upper and main level units. There is one staff office located on site and free laundry available in each building. Located in the staff office there are several different recreational activities such as a pool table, games and resource computer available for resident use. Each apartment has the option to come with basic furnishings including the kitchen items if desired. Briar Court is within walking distance to many local businesses and resources. It is a customized living single occupancy apartment that allows individuals to have the most independence possible while providing person centered customized services. Staff provide medication assistance or administration and assistance with personal cares as needed. Transportation can be provided per the service plan and the location is near public transportation services. Our assessment and intake process allows us to work with each potential resident and their team to identify the suitable level of support that they may need to assist with developing / maintaining / relearning the skills necessary to thrive. We are a Non-24 hour Customized Living program that offers Rehabilitative Community Settings that are designed to provide a structured and consistent person-centered environment and approach to helping individuals on their journey to fully experience life. We offer a variety of customizable services and care models. Each location is carefully crafted to meet the needs of the people that the program serves. We offer services in locations ranging from single occupancy apartments to more home like settings. A further benefit to working with Options Residential, Inc. is that we have developed relationships with other community vendors to provide a well-rounded support system for the people we serve. One of those relationships is with Options Family & Behavior Services (OFBS), who can complete a Diagnostic Assessment with every new person who enters our service array to ensure that all team members operate from the most up to date diagnostic information. This also allows the residents the opportunity to participate in other services offered by OFBS; i.e. In-Home Therapy and ARMHS services. Options Residential, Inc. also has a Behavior Analyst and Behavior Professional on staff to develop Positive Behavior Support Plans, train and guide employees on plan implementations, and to monitor outcomes for more behaviorally focused concerns dependent upon assessed need.
