Stockdale is a gorgeous 4-br open-floor plan rambler on a private lot with serene setting overlooking protected wetlands in a quiet location. Large living spaces, deck off the recently updated kitchen. Accessible ramp in the garage. Three accessible bedrooms on the main level. Spacious walk-out lower level family room and the 4th bedroom. Currently supporting three males 20s, 60s, presenting with verbal aggression, yelling/screaming, and inappropriate sexual comments towards females. The location will have awake overnight staff. Daytime staffing. Typical ratios are 1:2, other than on the overnight. The open bedroom is on the main level. Location will have Nursing Assistant staff who received additional training on supporting individuals with complex medical needs. All staff will have completed the certified nursing assistant program or higher. Individuals desiring to live at this location must have medical care’s/needs that would support an exception rate to fund the higher-level staff. The ideal candidate would be a male requiring high medical/care supports. This is a 24-hr staffed home. Day programs nearby are TSE, McCarron, MSS and Merrick. Dedicated accessible van. 03/2021
