Single level rambler home fully handicap accessible in a quiet neighborhood in Dakota County. Home is close to Burnsville Center and on the bus line. Home has a fenced back yard with patio area. The home sits back away from the street and other homes. Home has 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Bathroom and 3 bedrooms are along the main hallway. One of those bedrooms have a suite bathroom of their own. Office is located at the end of the hall with a sitting area. The 4th bedroom is of the office area along with a bathroom that is wheel chair accessible. There is a basement with another living area. Basement also includes a bathroom and laundry area. The home has two wheelchair ramps to the outside. There is a wheelchair accessible van and a car for transport to appointments and outings.

Three males live in the home currently, Ages are mid forties to mid-sixties. All are ambulatory but some need extra help getting around. Functioning level is mid to profound ID range, 2 are non-verbal but do communicate through simple signs and gestures. One of the individuals is able to communicate his needs and responds well to short simple statements and conversation. Three attend a DT&H program Monday - Friday during the day. In the evening hours there is typically 2-3 staff on duty depending on what is planned for the evening. There is one awake over night staff on duty.
