This is a single family 4 bedroom ranch style home located 5 minutes from downtown Brainerd. Three bedrooms are on the main level and one is in the basement. Currently the open bed is on the main level. The home has a full basement with an attached 2 car garage. This home is not handicap accessible. The home has alarms which can be used is necessary.

This home only supports females. Currently there are 3 females that reside in the home and are between the ages of 25 - 45. The individuals have multiple diagnosis's of which include Sever ID, borderline personality disorder, impulse control disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, TBI, and schizophrenia. There is some history of physical aggression, SIB, and elopement. Trained staff administer and monitor medications of which include prescribed meds, psychotropic, treatments and over the counter medicines. One of the three individuals attend a local DTH program Monday - Friday. The individuals have a history of serious physical and verbal aggression, property destruction, and law enforcement involvement. Individuals respond well to person centered approaches, positive feedback, de-escalation, verbal and non-verbal cues and prompts, as well as attending therapy.
