Wooddale house is a 2-story home in Coon Rapids. The home is not accessible as full staircases are needed to access the living space. This house is a transition home for young men age ranges 14-21. Wooddale is licensed for both child and adult and is not a permanent location. Individuals typically stay for 6 months – 3 years. Due to the age range of the current housemates, we are looking for a 14-16 year old individual at this time. All of the residents attend school during the week and there is no staffing onsite during that time. This house is highly structured with the expectations that individuals participate in skill-building programming in the following areas: emotional regulation, boundaries, self-help skills and activities of daily living. There is asleep overnight staffing and we offer regular visits from a registered nurse.
