South Summit is a split foyer home with each individual having their own room. It’s in an active residential neighborhood on the outskirts of town, with a nearby walking/biking path, middle school, soccer field, churches and convenience store. The city of Faribault is a smaller community where businesses, government buildings, healthcare, retail and grocery stores, churches, community college, nature center, and emergency responders, etc. are all within a 10 minute drive. The home has an upper wooden deck overseeing the back yard - great for watching birds at the feeders. It is situated on a smaller lot, with a flat grass lawn that slopes up toward the back of the lot. There are sidewalks along both sides of the street, and stop signs at major intersections, for safe walks in the neighborhood.

Employees are highly qualified professionals who are dedicated with passion to provide person centered service and individualized care. CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Positive Behavior Supports are among the required annual trainings for current employees, as well as new hires.
