There are 2 men and 1 woman who live at Axis on Glenhill. The people living in this home have many interests in the community. They are very capable in completing many everyday living tasks. They express themselves verbally. Whereas no one in this home currently uses a wheelchair, we do have the ability to assist a person who may use a wheelchair or other mobility device. We have a ceiling lift system.

All staff are fully vaccinated. We have nurse case management services. There is a Program Supervisor who oversees the everyday operations of the group home. This person also serves as the QIDP. Direct Support personnel assist to the degree necessary. There is very little turn over at Axis on Glenhill. Cohesive group that work well together.
