Autumn House is located in a nice neighborhood, off Old Shakopee Road just west of France Ave S, in Bloomington. There’s easy access to all the south metro has to offer for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and it’s close to the bus line.

Autumn House is a four bedroom rambler, with a finished basement. All four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the main floor. Both upstairs bathrooms have roll-in/walk-in showers. Both open bedrooms have ceiling track systems for lift and weight. They also have new, space saving, organizing closet systems. The house has an outside ramp and an accessible vehicle.

Both individuals work outside the home and/or volunteer during the week. Both maintain communication and/or visits with family members. They enjoy walks in the neighborhood, listening to music, attending dances, watching sports and game shows. One individual is very active with Special Olympics. Autumn House has a welcoming patio and back yard, and has hosted parties and seasonal get-togethers throughout the year.
