Located on a beautiful 22-acre continuum care campus in Belle Plaine, MN, Hope Residence offers comprehensive, personal care for adults with intellectual, physical, developmental disabilities and other related conditions. We offer on-site occupational, physical and speech therapies. We've designed four pleasant living areas that provide a home-like atmosphere and encourage social engagement while promoting self-sufficiency. Residents can choose to participate in a variety of social activities, such as Special Olympics.

Hope Residence offers on-site nursing care 16 hours a day with on-call nursing 24 hours a day. The full-time Therapeutic Recreational Director and activity staff engage our residents in a variety of activities and recreational outings, such as bowling, going out to eat, shopping, attending state and county fairs, or watching a play.

Though we serve residents of all faiths, Hope Residence offers Christ-centered care. All residents are invited to participate in our on-site chaplaincy services. An ordained pastor provides Bible classes, devotions, worship services and one-to-one spiritual counseling, if desired. Residents also have the opportunity to attend church in the community.
