Ableman home is a single level home located in a quiet neighborhood with an attached 2 car garage and large fenced in back yard. The home has an accessible deck in the3 back of the home. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a whirlpool tub. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all centrally located. Laundry room is in the back of the home next to an additional living space.

There are currently 3 males residing in the home and will only consider males for any open beds. The ages of the gentleman are 63-77 years old. They are diagnosed with ID, mild to profound. One of the individuals does utilize a wheelchair and another can do standing transfers and walk with assistance. This gentleman utilizes a wheelchair for long distances. There are many medical needs including seizure disorder and diabetes. Medication is administered and monitored by trained staff. An RN Consultant oversees staff and medical issues in the home. There are some behavioral issues in the home and the men are on psychotropic medications. There is a history of physical and/or verbal aggression.

Community Based Services - MSOCS is a Safety Net Provider. Prior to referring an individual to CBS/MSOCS, it is expected that all individuals being considered for admission have reviewed and been turned down for alternative support and/or placement options through private community providers. All individuals being referred must meet Safety Net Criteria.
