There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, deck to back yard. Back yard is fenced. Neighbors are on both sides and in front of the lot. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly families.
The home does have a ground level entrance to the lower level and two sets of stairs to get to the front door.
Windfield is a non-handicap home.

Both individuals residing in this home have been living together since 2008.
DX: Mild ID, FAS, Borderline Personality Disorder, Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.
There is a history of severe behaviors but over the past years some of the behaviors have decreased, mostly displaying verbal aggression, though self-harm, property destruction, and physical aggression can also occur.
All individuals receive psychotropic medication and behavior management supports to assist them with emotional outbursts. Verbal prompts and reminders are needed for daily self-cares.

Community Based Services - MSOCS is a Safety Net Provider. Prior to referring an individual to CBS/MSOCS, it is expected that all individuals being considered for admission have reviewed and been turned down for alternative support and/or placement options through private community providers. All individuals being referred must meet Safety Net Criteria.
