This program is a non-handicap accessible home. Available bedroom is located in the lower level. This is a 4 bedroom rambler. Lower level includes: one bedroom, full bathroom, large family room, utility/laundry room and 3 storage areas. Upper level includes: three bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a sun room which is currently used as an office. House is in a nice residential neighborhood with minimal traffic. Currently there are two men and one female occupying the home. They are very social and enjoy being active in the community. Two are diagnosed with mild range of ID and one struggles with mental illness.

All occupants receive psychotropic medications and behavior management supports to assist them with emotional outbursts. They care for themselves with simple verbal directions and physical assistance. All individuals in this home are vulnerable based on physical health, age, and cognitive ability. Two are at risk for falls and vision concerns and may be at risk if others have behaviors.
