Home is only handicap accessible on main floor of the home. Currently the open bed is located upstairs and would not be handicap accessible. Males only.
The home is located near the edge of Redwood Falls and within walking distance of Alexander Ramsey Park.
Currently the home has a 1:2 staffing ratio with usually 2 staff on during awake hours. There is one awake staff on during sleep hours.

The medical status of the individuals who reside in the home include; Disruptive Behavior, Anxiety with compulsive traits, Depressed Mood, PTSD, Schizoaffective Bi-Polar, Psychosis. Psychotropic medications are dispensed and monitored by trained staff. There are episodes of verbal and physical aggression.
One individual attend school/SEI M-F 8:30 am-3:00 pm. One individual attends a DTH (SEI) program approximately 5 days per week.
Some of the activities they enjoy are: exercising, basketball, movies, video games, fishing, cooking, and barbecuing.

Self Injurious, Verbal Aggression, Physical Aggression, Property Destruction, Elopement, Undesirable Sexual Behaviors, Emergency Use of Controlled Procedure, Positive Support Transition Plan

Community Based Services - MSOCS is a Safety Net Provider. Prior to referring an individual to CBS/MSOCS, it is expected that all individuals being considered for admission have been reviewed and been turned down for alternative support and/or placement options through private community providers.
