Morristown is a Rambler style home with an attached garage. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, and living area. Downstairs has one bedroom, one bathroom, and living area. Downstairs furnace and storage area are kept locked when not in use. House has one accessible shower and entry into the main level of the home is accessible. Back portion of the yard is contained by a magnetized fence and can be accessed through the garage or when the magnet is turned off. Morristown is a small, quiet town with families that live nearby. There are neighbors on each side, behind and across the street from the home. The home is located within walking distance to parks, elementary school, and the Cannon River.

Currently there are 2 females being supported that that range in age of 42 - 60 years of age. Diagnosis is Mild ID. Psychotropic medications are dispended and monitored by trained staff. The individual is ambulatory and does have behaviors such as, verbal threats, physical aggression, unauthorized absences, self-harm and property destruction. Morristown requires 1:1 ratio during program hours. There is an awake overnight staff on duty. Residential programming is person-centered and will utilize least restrictive techniques with the individuals being supported.

Prior to referring an individual to CBS/MSOCS, it is expected that all individuals being considered for admission have reviewed and been turned down for alternative support and/or placement options through private community providers.
